I am very happy to see this great initiative taken by Dainik Bhaskar for Women’s Pride. Indian belief is always for “Naari Shakti”. I would like to nominate Sneha Patel she is not only a writer, columnist but also a very humble human being. Her most and first ethic is to work along with people and work for mother-tongue. Writing was her first most passion. She writes in each and every forte like Writing stories, poems, spiritual and religious articles etc. Just to be in touch with writing she started a blog called “AKSHITARAK” on WordPress, and she wrote a “KHALIPO” a novel containing 27 episodes and published on WordPress. Because she writes in gujarati and on WordPress there are not many readers in gujarati even though her blog became very famous and she got many invitations for writing in newspapers, magazines etc by Editors. Now she writes in many magazine and newspaper in regular basis. If you have easy road with someone’s support than its easy to be successful, but when you have hard and challenging road and you become successful than its achievement. I saw same thing in Sneha Patel, she had to suffer from every aspect namely, financial, Mentally, Physically etc. Last 3 years was very challenging and crucial for her. She lost her mother at the very middle of her career and she got very upset and fell in depression, She could not sleep for almost 3 months because she was very attached to her mother. After she took her pen again but still she had to pass from many exams and challenges, her father became victim of Alzheimer and at the same time she was also suffering from Vertigo and she had fully bedrest. Still the things are not at all changing even becoming worst because meanwhile her most attached sister had to do a very dangerous pancreas operation and she completely broke down when she got a news about her husband’s accident. I can not imagine those days for her. but even in this crucial time she did not give up writing and she was regularly posting post on her blog and sending articles to the editors. She has recently launched “AKSHITARAK” a book of her selected poems and Gazals and got warm response from all literature lovers. i really amazed how can she balance her personal life with professional and social media’s life..its really amazing..here is some IMP. points about her
1.her articles are very well balanced articles.
2. her blog was first gujarati blog which became ‘blog of the year’
3. balances between family challenges as well as readers.
4. a writer who was invited to write by proffessional main-stream media from blog.
5. prose as well as poetry
6. her ‘akshitarak blog’ has 1,32, 000 click
7 she won ‘my daddy storngest’ writing competion among all over india’s well known writers on pratilipi.com platform.
8. she have 27,000 followers in fb.
my main reason is to deeply respecting and nominating her because she genuinely wants to work for her mother – tongue (Gujarati) and resulting that thought she is launching website called cybrari.com where she can promote writers so that writers can find online platform to show their talent. Now She wants to do something for the new and upcoming writers to promote their talent from her website “cybrari.com” by using technology. I WISH ALL THE VERY BEST TO SNEHA PATEL (A DAUGHTER, WIFE, MOTHER, SISTER, WRITER, POEM, ENTREPRENEUR, COLUMNIST ETC ETC) FOR HER SUCCESS AND MAY GOD GIVE HER STRENGTH TO BE SUCCESSFUL.
